The CityNet Reseller Program helps your organisation deliver Internet, web and networking solutions to satisfy your customers needs while extending your current product range.

The CityNet reseller program gives you the opportunity to extend your services with complementary products, enabling your organization to sell more to your existing customer base. Your customers will enjoy the same high levels of access and availability as CityNet's. The combined expertise of our three divisions - Internet, Web and Network Solutions is at your disposal should you need them. Our in-house support centre is also available to help both you and your customers. As a CityNet Reseller, we will work closely with you before, during and after the sale by providing you with training, and tools for marketing, sales and technical support.

The program incorporates two levels, accredited and premier, both offering revenue generating opportunities through generous commissions. The level you choose is reliant on; the solutions you wish to provide, the type of customer you target and the level of business you generate.

All resellers start at the accredited level and graduate to the premier stage after training and sales requirements have been met.

 
 
 
 
Accredited reseller status

The accredited reseller level is the starter stage designed for smaller organizations that need to provide services in order to complete their product portfolio. A typical example would be a small web design agency that wish to provide domain name registration and web site hosting in addition to their design services.

Premier reseller status

CityNet's premier reseller level is the highest reseller level within CityNet. Its aim is to help you deliver Internet, web and networking by providing your workforce with training and support packages.

As well as expanding your product portfolio, the premier program gives your organization the chance to earn higher rates of commission. Unlike the accredited status, premier resellers will be given annual targets to achieve. These targets are monitored regularly by CityNet account management, who will endeavour to help your organisation meet these targets.
